The important goal proposed in the latest round of education reform is to improve the key competencies of students.Therefore,the development of the key competencies in Geography becomes an important part in the improvement of the key competencies of students.Geography is an subject that spans “natural sciences”and “ humanities and social sciences ”,which determines the practical characteristics of geography.Geography experiment teaching is an important part of geography teaching.Geography experiments play an important role in cultivating students to form a correct view of human and place coordination,cultivating students’ comprehensive thinking,building regional cognition,and improving geographical practice.These capabilities are the key competencies of geographic core literacy.Therefore,it is especially important to develop the key competencies of students through the experimental teaching in Geography.At present,the research on the cultivation of geographical key competencies of students is mostly focused on the theoretical construction,and there are few studies on the use of geography experiment teaching to cultivate students’ key competencies.Based on the Multiple Intelligences Theory and the theory of constructivism and humanism and the "learning by doing" teaching theory,Research on the content of geography experiments in the textbook "Compulsory and Geography" of the high school Hunan education edition.Focusing on the cultivation of the four core elements of geographic key competencies,this paper discusses the role of geography experiment teaching in cultivating students’ key competencies,proposes corresponding teaching strategies,and designs teaching cases.It is hoped that geography experiment teaching will be carried out for teachers to cultivatestudents’ core core literacy.Provide reference.The main contents of the thesis research include:Chapter 1:Introduction.This paper expounds the research background and research significance of geography experiment teaching based on geographic key competencies training,analyzes the current research status of geography key competencies and geography experiment teaching at home and abroad,and explains the content and ideas of geography experiment teaching based on geographic key competencies training.Chapter 2:This paper expounds the relationship between geography experiment teaching and geographic key competencies,and discusses the role of geography experiment teaching in cultivating students’ key competencies.Chapter 3: Study the content of geography experiment teaching in the textbook "Compulsory and Geography" of the high school Hunan education edition.Firstly,it discusses the structure system and selection basis of geography experiment teaching in teaching materials.Then,it systematically analyzes the content of geography experiment teaching in the main part of the textbook and the non-text part of the activity column.Finally,in order to better carry out the teaching activities,the geography experiment teaching It is divided into geography demonstration experiments,geography production experiments and geography practice experiments,and summarizes the geography experiment teaching.Chapter 4:Research on geographic experiment teaching strategy based on geographic key competencies training.It is proposed that the implementation of geography experiment teaching should abide by certain principles and steps.Based on the previous research,the paper proposes specific teaching suggestions for the four core elements of geography key competencies.Chapter 5:A geography experiment teaching design case based on geographic key competencies training.Trying to design a geography experiment teaching case from the core of core literacy teaching objectives,I hope to provide guidance for teachers to carry out geography experiment teaching.Chapter 6: in conclusion.The geography experiment teaching contains rich geographical key competencies education factors,which can effectively promote the cultivation of students’ key competencies.The implementation of geography experiment teaching should follow the principles of scientificity,subjectivity,inquiry and inspiration.Different teaching strategies should be implemented for different literacy elements.In the comprehensive thinking,it is necessary tocomprehensively combine experimental elements,fully consider the connection between geographical elements,be good at experimenting and asking questions,and expand the scale of thinking.In the area of cognitive knowledge,we should use geographic information technology.Strengthen the study of human geography,emphasizing students’ independent inquiry;strengthen the concept of coordination between teachers and people in the coordination of human and land,infiltrate the concept of coordination between people and geographies in geography experiments;respect the subjective position of students in social practice,and carry out social practice Activities to strengthen geography skills training.
