Burnout is a developing research field. It is used to describe a series of negative symptoms, such as tiredness, ability descent, passion losing, apathy to others and efficacy. Teachers burnout is common. The negative symptoms are harmful to both students and teachers.Class advisers as a special group of teachers, they come into contact with students much more frequently than other teachers and they affect the students more deeply than the other teachers. But the study of burnout of the class advisers is a gap yet. The study is tying to get to know the existing state of burnout of the class advisers and what affect the burnout of class advisers.We use the MBI(translated and revised by Professor Xiaoming Liu from Northeast Normal University)to investigate 400 class advisers from 23 middle schools.And we interviewed with 5 class advisers.The paper consists of five parts as following:â’ˆThe summary of study of burnout and teachers burnout.â’‰The object and method of the study.â’ŠThe result and conclusion of the investigation.â’‹The analysis of the factors that generate the class advisers'burnout.â’ŒThe suggestion that can reduce the level of burnout of the class advisers.
