The Research About Professional Developments Of Primary School’s Class Advisers And Associated Safeguard Mechanisms

As a special type of teacher, the class adviser has increasingly been the peoples’ focus of attention.they take the responsibility of basic education.They are the organizers of the class and grade’s work.the leader of class construction, the students’ healthy growth setters,the backbone of ideological and moral education,the communication bridge of students’ parents and communities,the important role of the implementation of quality education.Nowadays, our country pay more attentions on basic education reformation. The class advisers facing unprecedented challenges and pressures from their own professional and social needs.The class advisers professional levels directly related to the succession of the students’ quality education. The construction of the head teacher team is also more and more important for school’s development.It may block the current education reforming,if this work hasn’t been worked out well.This paper is the research about the situations of the development of class advisers. On the basis of many related researches, it reveals the universality developments of the class advisers. In view of the current problems existing in the professional developments of the class advisers it put forward some suggestions to solve these problems. I hope this paper can give our teachers some ideas to promote the class advisers professional constructions and the efficiency of school running.
