On The Adaptation Problem Of Higher Vocational Education's Special Course And Operating Post

Essential attribute of the higher vocational education has decided that it is an education facing to the employment, and it is for an operating post raising high-level technology talented person directly. Thus, the curriculum reform and the development value orientation of higher vocational education must take the reality professional environment and the operating post need as the basic .However, at present, the curriculum content establishment has departed from the higher vocational education development to be supposed in our country to a great extent . In particular the special course content establishment, which get close with training the high-level skill personnel ,theory and practice"sense of distance"performance more prominent. Professor's specialized skill knowledge what provided by the higher vocational school does not match with students"tomorrow"will be going to be engaged in the operating post. The deviation of special course content establishment has constituted one of the important reasons why students to get employed difficult and the labor market"the mechanic scarcity"seriously in our country at present. This research through collecting massive material and statistical data about the higher vocational curriculum reforms which provided by the Country Authoritative Department issues , unifies certain individual investigation and predecessor's investigation data, this research elaborated the reality condition and compatible flaw performance in special course . Finally this research proposed some measures and suggestions for enhancing the adaptation degree between the special course and the operating post constructively. With hope that , this research can provide useful methods for our country's higher vocational education curriculum construction and reform.
