The Study And Research On The Management Education And Service In Students' Apartment Of Secondary Vocational College In Inner Mongolia

The magnitude of Secondary Vocational Education will arrive at 8 millions, which equal to senior education. As a result of the Secondary Vocational Education's rapid development, a series of new problems in theory and practice have to solve. What should we do about student apartments'building and developing, what about students'life in apartments, what about to adapt to new condition and explores an effective and suitable way to develop the Management Education and Service mode in Students'Apartment of Secondary Vocational College in order to improve Secondary Vocational Education.After investing and deep interviewing of the Management Education and Service mode in Students'Apartment of Secondary Vocational College, we found, (1) In new condition, we hadn't realized the important role of student apartments'education.(2) The managers and workers in student apartments were older and poorer in quality, they were not competent to task of education.(3)It was not good enough to deal with the relationship among apartments'education ,management and service.(4)The cultures of apartments needed to develop.(5)The function of students'self-education, self-management and self-service were not brought into full. In order to solve that problem, the paper analyzes the existent situation and puts forward some advices. The basic factors are construction of institution, staff troops and facilities; the important points are"three works", service is basic, management is key and education is center; combining education with self-education, management and self-management, service and self-service; the last is laying emphasis on the key role of students'apartments'cultures.
