Curriculum evaluation is a key step in curriculum execution, it functions as guide and quality control in new curricula reform, therefore it becomes a key step to ensure the new curricula reform executed successfully. But for a long time there are lots of shortcomings in primary school Mongolian curriculum evaluation, such as unilateral execution goal, narrow evaluation field, simple evaluation methods, as well as in execution, problems such as simplification, qualification only, also exists. This thesis analyses these problems by using content and interview. This thesis consulted"The National Program for Elementary Education Curriculum Reform"and"Curriculum Standard of Chinese"for full-time compulsory education, explored quality-oriented education evaluation principle, evaluation goal, evaluation content and evaluation method for primary school Mongolian. This thesis provides methods of primary school Mongolian curriculum evaluation in order to accelerate students'development; therefore, this thesis has some theoretical practical meanings.The whole thesis is consisted by four parts:Part 1: Inspiration to Primary School Mongolian by New Curricula IdeaOn the base of"The National Program for Elementary Education Curriculum Reform"and"Curriculum Standard of Chinese", combining with the present situation in primary school Mongolian teaching, this thesis explains why using new curricula idea to evaluate Mongolian curriculum reform in primary school.Part 2: A Summary to Primary School Chinese Curriculum EvaluationSummary primary school Chinese curriculum evaluation's connotation, significance and principle. The purpose is to get a whole and correct understanding to new curriculum idea.Part 3: The Present Situation in Primary School Mongolian Curriculum EvaluationThis part mainly analysis present situation in primary school Mongolian curriculum evaluation, point out problems and apply the reasons of these problems.Part 4: Measures to Apply Primary School Mongolian Curriculum EvaluationThis part provides evaluation goal, content and method of primary school Mongolian curriculum evaluation by combining with three-dimensions(knowledge and ability, process and method, emotion and attitude) and five-aspects( word read and write, oral interchange, synthetical study).In one word, primary school Mongolian curriculum evaluation is an important part of primary school Mongolian curriculum reform and it is a effective inspect to the result of curriculum reform. Only with the reform of curriculum idea, goal, content and study style etc, the purpose of curriculum reform can be achieved.
