Studies On Evaluation System Of Achievements Of Basic Research Projects Of Natural Sciences In Universities

With the development of basic research in China, the administration of basicresearch has aroused dramatic public attention in recent years. The basic projectadministration level of universities and colleges, the major study bodies in basicresearch, affects the development of national basic research directly. From the view ofadministration, this article tries to study the achievement appraisal system of basicresearch projects of natural sciences in universities and colleges. (The title is namedbnsic research projects in universities in this paper.) It aims to upgrade the efficiencyof administrative management of basic research projects and exert the function of"Scientific Study, Talent Cultivation and Serrice for Society".This article has illustrated the concept of achievement appraisal of basic researchproject in universities and colleges. After analzing the situation at home and abroad, itpoints out the realistic significance of this study. It mainly studies the main body, goaland the principles of achievement appraisal of basic research project in universitiesand colleges. According to the features of national basic research management, it alsoanalyzes such principles as directivity, advantages, practice and up -to- date. By fuzzymathematic quality synthetic evaluation approach, the author has carried on the realdiagnosis analysis and the confirmation to the result.Finally, the author studies the limitation of this study and forecasts the futureresearch from the views of appraisal standard as well as appraisal data.
