If we want to construct the Innovation-oriented country, and develop native economy, strengthen our international competition ability, we should strengthen the technique innovation continuously and form an independent intelligent property. Currently, WTO lists the intelligent property right as the trade with the service trade, the goods trade be juxtaposed of three inner palaces permit already. It is explained that intelligent property is so important nowadays.Universities are the main forces of intelligent property creation, a national creative system of the importance constitute part, and knowledge innovation & the technique creative important base, so they have great responsibility of creating the independent intelligent property. The level of university intelligent property protection and its use relates to the strategy of national intelligent property, as well as the progress of the national construction directly. In order to match with the implement about construction Innovation-oriented country, this thesis studies on university intelligent property management process about creation, protection and management. It analyses some problems such as creation shortage, running off, protection, management etc during the management of university intelligent property currently.
