Research On Problems And Countermeasures Of Property Management In Colleges And Universities Under The Operation Of Multi-Campus

With the rapid development of china's economy,higher education has ushered in the age of popularization.In order to adapt to the demand of the development of higher education,many colleges and universities which have formed their own pattern of multi-campus under the guidance of national policy.Many campuses belong to a legal entity;the campus is independent and interrelated.Multi-campus running is a great challenge for college logistics.Property management as an important part of logistics,the level of its management,the good or bad of management mode is directly related to the service goal of logistics and the development of the school.Under the multi-campus operation,in order to develop the campus property management,to preserve and increase the value of property,to create a good working and learning environment for teachers and students,we can only start from the reality,start with the problem.We should make in-depth analysis of the problems of property management,actively explore the improvement measures,and make property management play a role in "three services,three educations",which are important issues to carry out multi-campus property management.Based on a systematic literature review at home and abroad,this paper first introduces the development,main contents and characteristics of multi-campus property management in our country.On the basis of the comparison of the property management between our country and foreign universities,this paper further analyzes the trend of the multi-campus property management in our country.In order to make further study,this paper takes T University as a case,summing up the achievements of T University in property management,and analyzing the current problems.Based on new public management theory and competition mechanism,this paper points out that multi-campus property management should innovate management system and achieve separation of management and operation by grasping the key factor of “human” according to principles of "multiple campuses,an integrated whole","people-oriented,all-round development","teachers and students satisfaction".Meanwhile,under the policy support,we should strengthen administration group development from thought to skill training,improve the property management system,create property brand culture,and improve the level and quality of service management of multi-campus in order to achieve the purpose of multi-campus property management.I hope this paper can provide reference to administrators in other colleges and universities,and serve as reference for multi-campus property management.
