Chinese Universities Intellectual Property Management

In the age of knowledge economy, intellectual property management has become one fundamental factor of development of knowledge economic. Because the advantages of colleges and universities(such as discipline superiority^ subjects environment, etc), the college's management of intellectual property is very important in the whole work of intellectual property. In our country, the college's management of intellectual property is still in the early stage, there are many deficiencies. In this paper, first, analysis the research purpose and significance of the college's management of intellectual property, and expounds the knowledge and theory of college's management of intellectual property, then through introduces the current situation of management of intellectual property in colleges and universities of China. On the basis of experience of foreign college's management of intellectual property, proposes some countermeasures about the college's management of intellectual property.
