Analysis On Recruiting Policy Of Universities And Colleges In Recent Years In China

The recruiting policy of universities and colleges is an important way to select talents. With the development of politics, economy, culture and so on, higher education becomes more and more internationalized. At the same time, higher education is confronted with challenges. In order to solve the difficulties during the development of higher education, the recruiting policy of universities and colleges should be taken into consideration firstly. The author puts forward the reforming suggestions by means of documentation study method,study on recruiting policies and through the view of policy establishment. The essay includes four parts:The first section talks about the conception and presents current studies about the recruiting policy. It's necessary for us to have a better understanding of recruiting policy.The second section is a review of recruiting policies of universities and colleges in recent years. The essay presents the backgrounds and influences of some recruiting policies which are necessary for analyzing the policies.The third section is a practical analysis on recruiting policy. In this section, the author puts forward bases for analyze recruiting policy, analyzes the background of recruiting policy, points out the reasonability of the policy and indicates the problems and influences of the recent recruiting policies. The recruiting policies are affected by politics, economy as well as culture. As a result, disadvantages occur with the positive effects after executing the policies.Finally, the author brings forward some suggestions for recruiting policy development. The establishment of recruiting policy should base on the equal principle and keeps up to date. Furthermore, it should be a way to cultivate qualified talents to meet the needs of the markets. On the other hand, universities and colleges should be awarded rights for self-enrollment through which the schools are able to develop appropriate talents. As the education resources are part of the social resources, recruiting policy should develop on basis of sustainable development principle.
