Research On The Current Situation Of Teaching Plan And Countermeasure For Specialty Of Sports Training In China

Investigating and analyzing on the current teaching plan for specialty of sports training in colleges and universities in China while studying the pertinent countermeasure, which can provide certain theory and practice basis on personnel training for specialty of sports training in colleges and universities; also can provide reference on deepening reform of teaching content and course system for specialty of sports training in colleges and universities in our country. The current teaching plans about 20 colleges and universities are selected as main object of my research; the experts are investigated by questionnaire in the field of sports training. The date is analyzed in Excel 2003 by computer. The results as follows: (1)Different type of colleges and universities work out different teaching plans, A great many colleges have began to explore in the direction of running a school, they want to embody respective characteristic of sports training specialty. (2)Some factors affect cultivation aim of sports training specialty, such as school type, teacher level and society demand; all cultivation aim must face to application type and put particular emphasis on personnel training with a view of school reality. (3)Starting about points of teaching plan′s construction must include: Adjusting structure of knowledge, intensifying link of practice, strengthening quality of students, attaching an importance to ability and encouraging society practice. Cultivation system of P.E personnel aims at characteristic, innovation and all-round development. (4)Working together mutually with physical education and other specialties can relieve shortcoming that insufficient teacher level brings about. In order to strengthen teacher level, the colleges must work out corresponding law and regulation. (5)At present, in the process of specialty adjustment, colleges and universities do not ignore an important link that is improvement of entrance level. In order to adjust cultivation standard, every college and universitie needs to revise the teaching plan. Only when working out cultivation scheme that is not lower than the others in the field of sports training specialty, the talented person can be cultivated regularly. (6)Because of insufficient and unilateral funds, most mansion and facilities fall behind in colleges and universities. Colleges and universities should enlarge investment of sports facilities under the situation that economy allows, also should absorb more societal forces to relieve the problem that there are insufficient founds to construct mansion and facilities. (7) At present, society development requires the personnel that include some abilities: solid basis, extensive knowledge, strong ability and high-caliber. Aiming at cultivating the high-level person adapting to market demands, the course arrangement of sports and training specialty waits for study and remains to be optimized further in our country.
