This paper studied Chen Heqin to organize the Nanjing Gu Lou Kindergarten, carried on the theory and practice about the explores of kindergarten education localization. It divided into three parts, the first part elaborated the argument foundation of the Nanjing Gu Lou Kindergarten case study. The second one analyzed the case of the Nanjing Gu Lou Kindergarten. It begined from two aspects, first, to discuss the content about Chen Heqin exploring the education localization of kindergarten, including the curriculum, the education strategy and the education appraisal; Next, to summarize the characteristic of Chen Heqin exploring the education localization of kindergarten. The third part elaborated the value that Chen Heqin's exploration to the current kindergarten education localization. To explain the only way to finish the kindergarten education localization firstly; Then to analyze the conditions to complete the kindergarten education localization; At last it was elaborated in detail that Chen Heqin doing the kindergarten education localization exploration to give us several enlightenments.
