| Resource-efficient society needs resource-efficient school, and which is the groundwork of constructing resource-efficient society. College and university is the important part of school system. To construct resource-efficient college and university is not only the needs of college and university's development itself, but also is the responsibility that college and university should take. Phenomena of waste is still serious in college and university, though education resources are rare, most of which are the problems of the resource-efficient ideal, resource of management and talent cultivation. At the background of new viewpoint of economy and constructing resource-efficient society, and in the course of reforming and developing, resources in college and university must be economized. To construct resource-efficient college and university emerges as the times require.On the basic of analysis of background, firstly, the thesis analyzes category of resource-efficient college and university, so as to grasp the conception, goal and characters as a whole.
