On Operational Model Of Experimental Community Sport Club In Beijing

Community is the basic unit in society, is groundwork of social stabilization and enlightened progress."Community sport is located in the community, base of the environment and resources in the community, in order to suffice people's exercise appeal and improve their physical health, a kind of sport for all."With the development of the community, community sport is not only connected with people's health, but also does great contribution to construct harmonious community, peace family and socialism mental civilization.In the recent ten years, Chinese community sport develops rapidly, and has made a great progress, but still can't supply people's strong sport appeal, therefore, contradiction as sharpen as the time. As for this problem, Chinese government has paid more attention to it. On the 2nd of April, 1997, General Sport Administration of China, Ministry of Civil Affairs Of the People's Republic of China, Ministry of Culture and Ministry of Construction of China released"Strengthen Community Sport", expound that community sport task, organization management, leading group and outlay budget. But as for community, these measures are more difficult to operate, the contradiction of people's strong sport appeal and short application is still much fierce.Therefore, in 2003, General Sport Management of China issued"Establish Community Sport Club", selected 25 communities to establish experimental community sport clubs. In experimental period, government offered finance support, at the same time, through establishing clubs in different clubs in different communities, wished to solve the club management and operation system problems. In Beijing, there are only two communities were selected as experimental community clubs. This model can be extended in other communities in Beijing or not, where are its advantages and shortcomings. In this paper, to study at two aspects:Firstly, focus at the community sport club inner management, analyze its management and operation system, and try to find its advantages and shortcomings.Secondly, from landscape orientation and historical orientation, analyze their performance during the experimental period. Landscape orientation analyses, is to compare their performance before establishing experimental club and later on; historical orientation, is to compare with other communities at people's sport.In the end, draw a conclusion: this kind model can do make full use community resources, has many advantages, but still have much contradiction, therefore, as for Beijing, it only can be extended step by step discreetly.
