At present, in the village many the parents go out for work or business,hold children to grandparentsto look after, the children become "Stay-home children", which makes the village family system gteat change, causes the creation of education separated by generation.The village education separated by generation breaks the stable and effective family education situation, also makes the friendly exchange of educational ways between family and school naught and then makes the education turbulence, incomplete.The village education separated by generation not only influence the children, but also is the problem that school and society have to face .In the introduction of this text I first introduce the reason to choose the topic: the family education play an extremely importantbe role in children's growth, we have to value village family education duringthe realization of China modernization, the village home education has faced great challengeafter reform and opening. the phenomenon,education separated by generation, becomes common;then I explain some concepts concerning the education separated by generation, and use literature to review the general situation of the research about the village education separated by generation in our country. pointe out the theory significance and practice significance of this research .The first part I will introduce the research object and research method.The second part I aim at evidence research about the education separated by generation in Hubei Daye(county-level city ). I carried on investigate research into family education of stay-home children,the circumstance of individual growth by questionnaire, interview etc. and the result showed many problems in their growth in this city. The family education idea is backward , the family education method is simple, family education contents is single ; The children existent severe blemish in the development of personality and psychology,study effect. After that I analyse the main reason why the problem can form .The third part I put forward countermeasure suggestions based on the analysis of the problem . The nation should increase the intensity of adjustment policies, eliminates the barrier that the students study along with theparents ; The government should increase input in education, improve cuntryside school conditions, establish the community education network; Education departments should establish a platform for home school liaison, enhance the quality of guardians, strengthen the children and parents' relation . Schools should strengthen their management, staying in a targeted manner to fill the children's family management vacuum; The family members should change education idea, improve home education level;The parents who go out for work must stand in the long-term interests of the family development Should take descendant seriously education and growth.
