Independent college comes out with the popularization tide of high education. It develops vigorously and appears promising. Now it has been the important constitutes of high education since 2003. But there are many barriers on the developing way cause of lacking of successful model. Teachers' problem is the key problem. According to the regulation of MOE, so as to insure the normal teaching, independent college must own a steady relatively, specialized teachers troop, which is consist of more than 100 teachers employed over one year. Now the teachers' troop is combined with both full time teachers and par-time teachers in the independent college. Besides full time specialized teachers, there are four main parts of the par-time teachers' troop: teachers of bidding universities; par-time teachers of other universities; professionals from society; masters and doctors postgraduate. Obviously, different from the traditional university, par-time teachers are important to the teachers' troop of independent college due to the surroundings of policy and reality. And most par-time teachers are excellent teachers with higher title and rich experience, which makes them will be the nucleus in a long time.But because the bar center of the par-time teachers is not at the independent college, so there are phenomenon of weak steady, etc. And the harm is large. The reason of this phenomenon is related with the expectation gap between par-time teachers and independent college. Though the economic contract between the par-time teachers and independent college (signed up by one semester usually) could engaged both sides to behavior well during the specific period to some extent, as the knowledge employee, the character of par-time teachers independent college makes the economic contract useless on the teachers' steady and enthusiasm.Psychological contract is the subjective understanding on the obligations of exchange relations between both the employee and their organization. The psychological contract violation has the negative influence on the attitude and activity of employee. Recently, psychological contract is attaching the importance to the scholars as a visual angle. Through related theories, we can explain the relation between employee and organization more clearly, so as to manage with a definite object in view. Moreover, psychological contract can fill up the blankness and insufficiency of economic contract, and achieve the relative ideal management effect with the relative management cost. Although the research on the content and structure of psychological contract has been ripe, most of them are studying on the Occident, and the demonstration research of our country is few. Now there is no research which combined independent college, par-time teachers and psychological contract together during the literatures consulted. Recently psychological contract theory is widely used to study on the knowledge employees efficiently. Par-time teachers of independent college are knowledge employees, so there are significance both on theory and practice to research the par-time teachers with the psychological contract view angle.Therefore, this article studied on the dimension of psychological contract for the par-time teachers in mdependent college. The first part explains the background and significance of the study, and introduces the research frame and content, research method and ideas; Then provides an overview of the development of research status on the independent college and psychological contract, papers submitted for the latter study; Part III of the paper examples analysis to the psychological contract characters and organization commitment on par-time teachers of independent college, and bring forward the idea on the dimension of psychological contract for the par-time teachers in independent college, which ensures the questionnaires is of pertinence in Part IV; Part IV examples analysis to five independent colleges in Sichuan Province to explore a composite samples using questionnaires and interviews Law Act, drawing the research conclusion(There are two dimensions of psychological contract for the par-time teachers in independent college. The dimensions are basic obligation and supportive obligation.), doing empirical way for the the final part of appliance research based on par-time teachers for independent college. The final part does appliance research based on par-time teachers for independent college. This is part of the former parts of the successful launch of the ground level, and strive to achieve reasoned, providing practical suggestion for independent college about the management on par-time teachers.
