This attribute to mostly the influence that the modernity of the development and the education development breed .In forth part, in an angle of view from theory of the ethics culture spirit, this thesis discussed the basic ethics spirit ("chuangsheng" ethics spirit, "daoyi" ethics spirit and "hexie" ethics spirit) that should have been studied and developed.The development and educational development were researched as the ethics object in the whole thesis, surrounding the core that education development ethics value should seek after the good. From the ethics problems of development and educational development, this thesis probed into the ethics problems of the modernity especially. To overcoming these problems, we should fix attention on the whole cultural spirit in traditional and excellent ethics. The point inquired into three kinds of ethics cultural spirit ("chuangsheng", "daoyi", "he") and their morals philosophy reasons that contained the ontology meaning.
