In 21st century, a country's comprehensive national strength and international competition strength more and more depend on the levels of education development, science technology and knowledge innovation, education will always be at the strategic position with high priority to develop. The key part of education development is elementary education, and the important content of elementary education is curriculum reforming. From the autumn in 2001, national elementary education curriculum reforming was started. The Guiyang three districts take the lead as the experimental plot to try the national elementary education curriculum reforming experiment. In September 2001, the Guiyang senior high school officially uses "the Full-time ordinary senior middle school curriculum plan (Experimental Revision Manuscript)" and the full-time ordinary senior middle school Chinese and so on seven courses education instruction program, add the research curriculum, which symbolized Guiyang officially started the ordinary senior middle school curriculum reforming experiment. This curriculum reforming is launched based on nine-year compulsory education new curriculum reforming, and refer to nine years compulsory education from the aspects of the curriculum idea, the teaching idea, the curriculum structure, the curriculum managed, assessment and so on, so the goal of the high school curriculum reforming is consistent with nine years compulsory education new curriculum reforming.In Guiyang, the basic idea of the new curriculum reforming strikes root in the hearts of the people, this has laid the thought foundation for the curriculum reforming. The method of a teacher's teaching and the way of a student's study improved greatly after the new curriculum reforming. The information technology obtains fully manifests in the teaching, the teacher starts to pay great attention to the student information technology grasping with the application. The research study was thoroughly developed in the Guiyang senior high school and obtained the remarkable result. In order to make a smooth curriculum reforming, Guiyang strengthened teacher's training and research work. We must see exiting problems during affirmation achievements, there has obvious contrary questions exited in our Guiyang national curriculum plan realization, such as "puts on the new shoes, walks the old route" question, the teaching idea renewal should be more deep, the teaching method needs to be improved; The unsolved problem puzzling curriculum reforming– appraisal system still could not adapt the request of the curriculum reforming, and seriously hindered the effective development of the curriculum reforming.Through investigating and analyzing Guiyang senior high school curriculum reforming situation and Reorganization analyzing existing research results, I discovered Guiyang curriculum reforming problems led by two big factors, one is education interior environment influence factor, including: education policy, school appraisal system, teacher's curriculum idea, student's values and study goals and so on. The other is education exterior environment influence factor, including: Social culture and parents'education idea. In order to assure smooth curriculum reforming, on one hand, we should start from exterior factor such as the public opinion, parents'education idea and so on to solve the problem, on the other hand, we need pay more attention to the education interior factors such as educational administration department, the college entrance examination select rule, the teaching appraisal, teacher training and so on to solve the problem completely.
