The rapid development of the internet changes a lot the education of junior high school. In fact, the education of information technology has become one indispensable part of the education of junior high school. But there are some mistakes in our present education conceptions and direction ideas, such as more technology while less idea, more patterns while less content, leading to the lack of good moral culture and conduct criteria of the students of junior high school in the colorful information world. This paper has discussed How to help the students of junior high school to build up a good behavior order in the rapidly developing information education, removing the moral elements from the realistic world to the virtual world, let them know the basic requirement of netiquette and behavior elegantly while surfing on the internet, besides, it brings some supplements to the popular research of internet ethics, which often appears on all kinds of journals.Through discussion with the teachers of junior high school and questionnaire investigation among the students, this paper describes and analyzes the situation of the present netiquettes education of the junior high schools, summarizing several characteristics of the netiquette education as following: the internet is indispensable in the lives and studies of the students of junior high school; the information education differs a great deal between local areas; the teachers of junior high school pay insufficient attention to the netiquette education; due to knowing little about internet, the parents can not offer enough guidance and supervision upon the students; the students know little about the netiquette, there are few contents of the netiquette in the education of information technology; the majority of the students can spontaneously( but not self-consciously) restrict themselves on the internet by the moral principle of our society; the students are very interested in the netiquette knowledge.Basing on the above characteristics of netiquette education of the students of junior high school, this paper has described, through teaching practice, how to carry on the netiquette education in the information curricula of junior high school, concretely established the object of the netiquette education, developed the education contents of the information ethics of junior high school, and redesigned the information curricula system. At the same time, this paper has also brought forward some suggestions on how to improve the present netiquette education of junior high school.
