With the deep reform of the employment system about university graduates and the establishment of graduate employment market system, our society has provided university graduates more opportunities to compete fairly and display their talents. However, under the stern employment situation currently, the university graduates' psychological quality faces more new challenges, which causes more psychological problems day by day. The university students are precious human resources in our country. Its employment problem draws much attention all the time. How to help the university graduates to overcome the employment psychology difficulty and form healthy employment psychology is a question we cannot neglect. This research takes part of the undergraduate from four universities in Guangxi as the research object, using the ways of the questionnaire surveys and interviews. The purpose of the investigation is to know more about contemporary university graduates' present psychology situation from the graduates' features and their employment preparation, motivation, cognition, value concept and methods, which is according to the reference books and surveys. The research shows that the contemporary university graduates' employment psychology presents the features as follows: the coexistence of the main body, practical, the contradictory; their idea tending to be mature and their main body consciousness of employment enhancing obviously; paying much attention to the realization of the self- value, having the competition consciousness and strengthening the employment competitive ability through improving their own quality. But simultaneously, the contemporary university graduates have such bad employment minds as fear, self- inferior, dependence, quick success and being afraid of hard work and so on. Thus, this research analyzes the reasons caused by the existence of the problem of the employment psychology. Meanwhile, in order to help the university graduate form healthy employment psychology and work successfully, the government and the school should carry out prompt and effective career guidance and employment education. University graduates themselves also should set up correct employment concept and promote their ability to form correct employment psychology.
