Young, college teachers are hope for the future and the backbone of the higher education. Whether their mentality is healthy will not only directly affect the attitude, the concept of teaching and research, but also the process and results of the "education".Inquiries revealed that the mental health of young teachers in colleges and universities was not optimistic. Scores in the body, forcing anxiety, hostility, attracting investments and so on the mental illness were significantly higher than the national conventional model. Matters mainly manifested in the physical and psychological symptoms, relationships and professional conduct. Concerning about the mental health and strengthening the mental health of young college teachers are particularly important in building supporting mechanism. For the realization of this mechanism, we must strengthen the multi-faceted protection, the three-dimensional guide of school, the humanity care of the family and the external support of the community in accordance with the objectives and the requirements of the psychological limits of the young college teachers. In other words, we strive to create a good external environment and psychological space by the integration of the whole society, school, family and the community's efforts to gradually establish a support mode of "four-in-one". There are three ways: First, for the needs of young college teachers, we should strengthen the leading and protection of the psychological health. Second, we must strive to build young college teachers mental health and psychological crisis intervention; The third one is to strengthen the self-regulation of young teachers, to adapt to cope with pressures and conflicts and last to burnout prevention and adjustment.
