Research Of Students Knowledge Growth Patten

The knowledge growth contains two aspects. One is the science knowledge growth which consider the inside regulation as an object to study (acquire direct experience continuously) .The other one is the students knowledge growth produced during the students study these science (academics) knowledge (acquire indirect experience continuously).The main research object of this thesis is the students knowledge growth mode.To the students, studying the knowledge is the main ways to the "personality". The knowledge is the inside mechanism which cause the students knowledge growth; Structure increase is the basic motive that the students knowledge growth at the graduate student stage.This thesis is based on the knowledge inside theory and the knowledge structure increase theory, and pays more attention to the research and investigation about the students' knowledge growth mode. The thesis put forward two kinds of modes of students' knowledge growth: accumulation growth and the structure growth (deluxe academic degree candidate possess singly).The accumulation growth mode means that the students knowledge growth according to the logic growth when they studies internal academics knowledge. Accumulation growth has two ways. One is line accumulation growth, another one is the non-line accumulation growth. The structure growth mode means that the knowledge structure of the doctor (master) students is based on the knowledge structure of the master (undergraduate course) students and increase structively.The research investigates the accumulation growth of the student knowledge growth mode and the structure growth of the master student knowledge growth mode, provides a frame of the theory analysis for cultivating the talented person of the primary and junior high school, university, especially the structure growth for cultivating the graduate student. This thesis studied a direction to go forward to go the case example analysis at it to four development projects with professional academics of four universities and colleges, pointed out that the accumulation growth and the structure growth exist in the graduate student development project. And then provide a theory foundation for the questions such as the establishment of the graduate student development project, the structure growth of the graduate student knowledge etc.
