Lewin's Field Theory In College Morality

With Socialist market economy fast development and at the same time, aninflux of western ideas, moral category becomes fuzzy, moral education isimminent, especially as a future motherland builders and successors of thecollege students' moral education. Therefore, to research and explore theuniversity moral education for the current moral education has a specialpractical significance.According to Lewin's field theory, psychological life space, formed byhuman being and environment, is called field and under certain externalenvironment, field affects human behavior and influences human's action. Whenthe theory is applied to college moral education, it is concluded that collegestudents' morality and moral action generates from the combination of studentsand their mental environment. Therefore, this paper constructs college moraleducation field composed by self-consciousness, perceptual motor field andmental environment and takes it as a main line. Based on the deep analysis ofcurrent situation of college moral education, the paper puts forwardcorresponding measures. It is helpful for college students to bring theirsubjective initiative into play. When they face a moral dilemma, they cantransfer their morality to moral action, realize the unity of moral cognition andmoral behavior, and improve college moral education effectively.
