Based On The Field Effect Of College Student’s Ideological And Political Education Research

This paper’s research based on the theory of environment of ideological and political education, theory of potential curriculum, theory of system, and the histology. This paper adopts the method of theoretical research and empirical research studied on ideological and political education field and field effect.This paper discusses the basic concept and form of ideological and political education field and analyzes the effect of ideological and political education field and field effect. Undergraduates’ ideological and political education refers to the relationship of interdependence and interaction among educators and undergraduates and the media in university. In the process of this kind of interdependence and interactive relationship, undergraduates change their ideas and behaviors by the by the transmission and exchange of energy, information, material. In this way, undergraduates accept education consciously or unconsciously from radiation of field.As the object of solid substantiation,the research investigate and analyze the applying of ideological and political education field and the use of field effect In Xi’an University of Architecture and Technology especially researching of the field effect of environmental field, activity field and cultural filed and analyze the influencing mechanism of improving the ideological and political quality. Based on this, the paper puts forward the ways of promoting the effect of ideological and political education, respectively is: compacting environmental field effect to optimize the university educational environment; innovating the content and strengthening activity design; sticking to the university’s spirit and developing cultural functions and strengthening organizational guarantee.This paper’s innovation is that the field and field effect is applied to the ideological and political education process, putting forward the role of ideological and political education field, and making full use of field effect is presented to increase college students’ ideological and political quality, promoting the efficient way of ideological and political education.The study has guiding significance for cultivating qualified builders and reliable successors.
