Research On The Fairness Issues Of College Recruitment In China

Fairness and justice is an eternal pursuit of human society. It is also the primary value orientation of building a harmonious society in China.Education fair is fair at the starting point for human development; social justice is an important part. Tertiary education fair is a significant component of the fair. College recruitment as a major component of higher education, essentially, means the selection and access to higher education for those who enter the universities. College recruitment has a bearing on the interests of millions of students and families, which is very concerned about all aspects of society. To ensure a fair and impartial work is the most important task of the entire enrollment. The fairness of its students' enrollment constitute an important part of higher education fair. College Entrance Examination enrollment fair or not, has a direct impact on individual access to higher education, and on millions of people's future and destiny. It is a policy issue which has a very broad impact.Nowadays, when fairness is the fundamental value of the pursuit of education and human society, studies on the fairness of the enrollment system are of great significance and effectiveness to the society, human and education development.This paper discusses the equity issues in the college entrance and focused to discuss and analyze on the will fill time, admission procedures, technology, and other aspects, which aims at whether the process of college enrollment is justice and whether it provides a fair competition environment to ensure equal opportunities for individual enrollment. This study is divided into six parts. Introduction is to raise the study issue and its backgrounds, the significance of research and the status quo of related issues; The second part is defining and interpretation on College Enrollment, fairness; The third part selects the United States to research on fairness issues in foreign college enrollment for comparison study; The fourth part analyzes and studies on the equality of the will fill approach in college enrollment of China; The fifth part analyzes on China's college enrollment means (technology) fair; The sixth part is the study conclusions and recommendations. It proposes that in reform of the system of enrollment in colleges and universities, we should: 1. Strengthen fair value orientation of Higher Education Policy; 2. Change "will fill a life", and actively explore new ways of will-fill of college entrance examination; 3. Comprehensively and deeply implement the "Sunshine Project", and improve the supervision mechanism of college enrollment; 4. Establish and improve the sense of responsibility and accountability of the college entrance examination.
