A Study On Staff Performance At The College Level In Institutions Of Higher Learning

Staff at the College Level in Institutions of Higher Learning who is the important component members , is the foundation strength to enhance Institutions of Higher Learning to manage the quality. Generally under two levels of management systems situation in the domestic Institutions of Higher Learning, it appears especially essential to study on the college level in institutions of higher learning.By a questionnaire and interview etc. inquisition way and a cultural heritage analyze research, the author carried on thorough understanding to the present performance of the staff at the college level in institutions of higher learning ,and found the main reason influencing the staff not ideal to have 3:First, the professional character of the staff appears lowly and professional consciousness is weak; Two, the existing management style in the institutions of higher learning is unsuitable; Three, staff's position and troops construction didn't value which is shoulded have.This text trys to resolve these problems: first, drawing lessons from foreign high schools'circulating mode; second, according to the state of the nation reconstruction department management style in institutions of higher learning; Third, practicing diversified train system of staff .We should try to promot staff at the College Level turning professional, and construct continuously healthy cultural atmosphere, and raise to manage to the high school of value, and promote the staffs position.The thesis is constituted by introduction, text 4.The introduction part mainly introduced to subject meaning, concept defined, cultural heritage overview and study project.Chapter 1 explains composition of staff at the College Level in Institutions of Higher Learning, analyzes contents ,and characteristics...etc.of their work, and analyzes the present condition of staff's management system at the College Level according to the cultural heritage research.Chapter 2 contents mainly analyzes staff performance at the College Level in Institutions of Higher Learning ,and more than ,by a questionnaire, interview, observation to work , carrys all-directions inquisition to the staff at the College Level in Institutions of Higher Learning, as to it's the performance present condition carry on analysis.
