Chinese-Foreign cooperation education which developed in the background of the internationalized higher education has been experienced for about 20 years. It has evolved into an important way of cultivating various new and reserve-oriented talents. Meanwhile, with the continuous boost of the reform on educational administration system as well as the rapid expansion of the higher education, the management of service quality has become an over-riding concern. To enhance and ensure the quality of Chinese-Foreign cooperation education, especially the service quality, tend to be the vital issue in terms of its future development.However, a comprehensive system which to evaluate the Chinese-Foreign cooperation education hasn't been established yet in our country. Some of the current ways lack universal applicability,flexibleness. Piles of problems that turned up during the process of running the joint program failed to be solved in time, which has become the choke point regarding the relevant management and progress. This dissertation puts forward a set of practical evaluation model which is an combination results of the current education facts and the joint programs' particularity. This model takes service quality of education as the key essence, starts from the perspective of students' satisfaction investigation, sums up faculty's and staff's cognizance, opinions. Moreover, the dissertation refers and blends the notion of gap as presented in the Parasuraman, Zeithaml and Berry model of service quality that has been widely applied in the fields of industry and business.The results of this dissertation showed that:1. Bring forward a set of integrated mode which can be applied to evaluate the servie quality of Chinese-Foreign cooperation education. The model includes three procedures: satisfaction investigation,interview investigation, symposium investigation. The model is a production in connection with the literature search on the history, actuality, problems, checkpoint of further development in the regarding fields, the auctorial working experience, the way of evaluation which has been used in industrial and business field. The model has also obtained an practical evaluation result via its application in the selected example case.2. Establish 5 attributes regarding the education service quality as well as the 22 dimensions regarding the management of joint education programs in the field of higher education through the satisfaction investigation on the selected example case: University S, College C. 3. Provide convenience for the managers to commence pertinency shake-up and set down effective policies by Quantitative Analysis of the questionary investigation's outcome of University S, College C .The result has showed the joint program's current running state and the gaps of the satisfaction in four aspects: teachers, teaching, foreign affairs, logistics.4. Design and implement an new-style way of interview which is organized in a step-up procedure just like an pyramid structure. Combined with the questionary investigation's outcome, execute an intersectant interview and symposium investigation among facult, managers and students to achieve an comprehensive evaluation result, on the basis of which, provide various feasible Countermeasures for optimum management, reform of the service resource which refer to both universities and colleges levels.
