With the coming of globalization in politics, economy, science and technology and the era of information in the 21st century, the competition in comprehensive national strength among nations nowadays, especially competition in human resources, is increasingly intense. The force of internationalization of higher education is economic globalization, so that the internationalization of higher education has become the objective trend of higher education development in the world and all countries concern in international higher education market. There is a broad attention in international higher education market; especially the countries have developed higher education. China's international exchanges and cooperation in education is an important part of China's reform and opening up, through cooperation with the developed countries in educational field and using their high quality educational resources, so that we can not only promote the reform process in China's higher education, but also is an inevitable trend in the development of higher education.Since the beginning of reform and opening up, we have begun to explore various forms of Chinese-Foreign cooperation in running schools. China became a member state of WTO in 2001, according to GATS, China allow operate cooperative education or other forms in educational cooperation with other members. Under the circumstances, Chinese-Foreign Cooperation in Running Schools (CFCRS) has been a good opportunity for development. As the policy goals in "Regulations of the People's Republic of China on Chinese-Foreign Cooperation in Running Schools" mainly force in the field of higher education, so the study object of my Master's thesis is higher education of Chinese-Foreign Cooperation in Running Schools.At the same time, the organizers of CFCRS are driven by different interests, so that the quality of CFCRS has become increasingly prominent, such as:imperfect legal system, the lack of supporting policies, inadequate supervision, inadequate education evaluation, the lack of social supervision system, Etc. Quality management is one of the main issues in the problems. Through strengthening the quality management and quality control, CFCRS can meet the requirements of the quality of education.Researching on the educational quality management of CFCRS is the responsibility of the theory researchers and education practitioners. My Master's thesis bases on the analysis of the CFCRS and quality management, finding out the cause and making recommendations how to set up educational quality management system of CFCRS. Through research, My Study aims at providing references.
