| Based on China's current education reform ideas, I believe that the secondary education fair-is an indispensable element of social equity. The secondary education is a fair one specific performance in the course of teaching, so that the maximum level of development of different academic students, including the students who have learning difficulties at the state of development of learning abilities, the secondary school physics teaching should do so.Firstly, I briefly go through some research achievement at home and abroad on students who have difficulty in learning. Bloom thinks that the main reason why students feel difficult to learn well lies in that teachers' teaching improperly and their incorrect attitude to their students. Besides, the accumulating problems in their daily learning make students feel harder to learn well. In order to change this situation, we should take the following measures, such as providing the suitable learning conditions for them, building up the feedback in time- correct the mechanism,and so on. Babanski thinks that the student's deficiency of " the actual study possibility" is a common reason why they have trouble in learning. The possible way to deal with this problem is to help them to overcome the deficiency in the thinking development, learning skills. At the same time, we should assist them in setting up their positive learning strategies and making up for the deficiency in knowledge. Zhao Zhiyong from China's Hexi College divided these students into three categories:â‘ development sexuality storm hygiene,â‘¡academic hardship Health burgeoned,â‘¢acts - emotional hardship Health burgeoned. The transformation methods are used to guide the students to learn, develop good learning attitude, carry on cognitive behavioral intervention etc..Secondly, in order to decide who belongs to the students that have difficulty in learning, I myself make a questionnaire based on another questionnaire, which conducts a survey about the learning conditions in senior one. The questionnaire is made by Yao qun, a master of physics education, from Jiangxi normal college. My job is well received by the senior high school physics center in our city. I used this questionnaire to conduct a survey to 25 senior high school physics teachers in our county. According to the statistics, I draw the following conclusion. Such students are recognized as trouble students in physics learning. They can only get 50 points below the level of compulsory education in the test. Their results of Required level test belong to 30 percent below grade students, and they have not ideal exercise job, laboratory and classroom performance.Thirdly, according to others' research and questionnaire I made a questionnaire to conduct a survey to some of the students who have trouble in physics learning in senoir one in our school. From the statistics, I obtained the main causes of their learning difficulties in physics. In accordance with their performances in learning, I divided them into four categories, then I proposed "students-oriented" transformation strategy.Finally, I conducted a pre-test to the students in senior one in our school, and established the control classes. Then did an experiment in the classes for four months using the conversion strategy. The results of observation and post-test show that the experimental conversion strategy has been highly successful. The overall average scores in experimental class have improved, but the achievements in normal class do not improve significantly. After the experiment the students' physics learning attitude and learning methods have undergone a good change.Besides, this paper mainly does research on the inquiry cases about causes of learning difficulties and physical transformation strategy in No. 2 High School, Dangtu County, Maanshan City. Our school represents a non-key senior secondary school. So my research may have some positive effect on this kind of schools. As my own constraints in study, and some factors unrelated to the experiment there are still some deficiencies in my experimental research. For example, in educational experiments which is the most effective learning strategy under the different conditions? I will continue to study the problem in the future. |
