With the development of science and technology,economy and culture,the social requirements for talents were not only limited to the knowledge base and professional skills,but also the requirements for comprehensive quality were constantly improving.China's new curriculum standards released in 2017 also put forward that "education should face all students and promote their all-round development." The requirements of the government.Students with learning difficulties refer to students with normal intelligence,but they have difficulties in learning some courses because of various factors,such as intelligence and so on.The problem of students with learning difficulties is a common and long-term problem in middle school education.In order to truly implement education for all students,promote the all-round development of students,and make the talent training meet the needs of social development,we must pay attention to the problem of students with learning difficulties.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the causes of the formation of high school students with biological difficulties and explore the transformation mechanism.On the basis of consulting a large number of relevant literature on biology poor students,this paper designed a questionnaire on the learning situation of senior high school biology course.Through the methods of observation,interview and questionnaire,this paper analyzed the learning interest,classroom participation,learning methods and habits,will quality,time allocation,teaching quality of senior high school students in Fuyang No.3 middle school Environmental impact and other aspects of the situation were investigated.At the same time,we interviewed the biology teachers of Fuyang No.3 middle school,and collected the views of the front-line biology teachers on the transformation of high school students with biology difficulties.After analyzed the survey and interview results,this paper summarized the causes of learning difficulties of senior high school students with biology difficulties,and on this basis,selected two senior high school students with biology difficulties to carry out transformation practice.Finally,the research conclusion are summarized as follows: first,the causes of learning difficulties of senior high school students with biology difficulties mainly include four aspects: not paying attention to biology curriculum,environmental pressure,teachers' teaching management and students' own factors.Second,there are four main challenges in the transformation of senior high school biology students with learning difficulties: the complex situation of students with learning difficulties,the limited time and energy of teachers,the tense time of students,and the unwillingness of students with learning difficulties to cooperate.According to the causes of the formation of students with learning difficulties and the actual situation of high school biology teaching,six transformation strategies are put forward: first,teachers cooperate to establish a special working group for students with learning difficulties,improve classroom teaching,increase teaching interest,organize students' cooperative learning group,strengthen the guidance and supervision of learning methods,do a good job in learning situation analysis,establish growth files,and carry out hierarchical teaching.
