The development and the using of curriculum resource were put forward by the tentative innovation programs of primary education. It is the star and also a difficulty which is a great conception raised by the new innovation of primary education curriculums. There will be much trouble in changing the nice ideas on curriculum innovation into the education fruit in practice. So the curriculum resource is the precondition, and the foundation in our innovation .Meanwhile, as we are in an age which needs us to study for life, teachers must make students obtain an ability of acquiring knowledge by themselves which is called self-learning. Therefore, students can keep pace with development of the times. And the continual study needs the ability of self-learning.This paper discusses how to bring up students' capability of self-learning by the way of developing curriculum resource, and put up with programs to carry out the research. According to the process, the paper analyses the outcome.There are five parts in this research .The first part is reasons that the problem put forward. The second one is the summary on the research by people who is in internal country or on overseas. Defining some notions is the third part .The forth is the concretely practice on the development of curriculum resource for bringing up students' capability of self-learning .The last one is the result and analysis.
