| The Chemistry Curriculum Standards for General Senior High Schools(2017 Edition)emphasizes that chemistry teaching should pay attention to cultivating students’core qualities such as evidential reasoning,model cognition,scientific inquiry and innovation consciousness.Meanwhile,chemistry classroom teaching with the characteristics of times and innovation can also enhance students’ sense of social responsibility and sustainable development consciousness.With the development of curriculum reform in basic education,the improvement of innovation consciousness and innovation ability gradually occupies an important position in teaching objectives,which puts forward higher requirements for the innovation of teaching mode and curriculum resources.Curriculum resource innovation provides a steady stream of material and power for curriculum innovation,which is the solid foundation and important guarantee for curriculum innovation.It is worth noting that there are still some problems in the development and application of curriculum resources,such as the limited content of resources,the lack of developers and the inconsistent quality of resources.On the one hand,the sources of curriculum resources are mostly limited to the campus resources such as textbooks,and lack of the use of the wider resources such as off-campus resources.On the other hand,compared with scientific and technological research and social production,the updating of curriculum resources of middle school chemistry teaching is relatively slow.In fact,this study based on domestic,apparent paper summarizes some main chemical science curriculum resources and classification analysis,found the presentation very diverse curriculum resources,main resources include video,science graphic,websites and WeChat number type,such as public resources content also has the advantages of the variety,content is novel,and easily understood,To some extent,the problem of limited content and slow updating speed of teaching resources can be solved.However,the function of chemistry popular science resources is popularization rather than teaching,so how to develop chemistry popular science resources into chemistry curriculum resources is a subject worth studying.In this dissertation one ChemMatters journal for use in chemistry teaching as the research object,select one of the chemical nature resources and teachers guidance manual content,in need of basic education curriculum reform in our country,and the content of the curriculum standard for reference,the article involves the chemical concept,background and project was summarized selectively comb.In addition,based on the requirements of China’s high school chemistry curriculum standards for the development of core literacy,the chemistry popular science curriculum resources in the journal ChemMatters are developed into research curriculum resources with real context and problem orientation,so as to achieve the goal of timely updating teaching materials and providing more teaching ideas for teachers in front-line middle schools.In this paper,the content of complex organic natural pigments and polysaccharides in organic compounds is selected.Based on the analysis of course standards,textbooks and students,the natural pigments in food and the chemical principles in papermaking and recycled paper are taken as the real situation,and the questions raised by students on the situation are taken as clues.Students can experience the general process and fun of scientific research through the design and practice of research experiments such as pigment extraction and characterization experiment and the production of vegetable dyed recycled paper.In addition,this paper also designed a comparative discussion about"synthetic pigments and natural pigments" and "paper media vs.e-books",so that students can enhance their awareness of sustainable development and social responsibility while improving their scientific literacy.It is expected to provide some experience and reference for the development methods and ideas of transforming chemical popular science resources into course resources,and provide ideas for the teaching ideas of front-line teachers in the two sections of carbohydrate and organic matter research.Based on the above case development,this study also carried out popular science practice in our school,participated in the popular science activity of "Spring of Science and Technology",and designed the home version of natural pigment extraction and recycled paper production experiment for the students of the primary school affiliated to Shaanxi Normal University,which was popular among the students.Through this activity,students learned about the existence and health value of natural pigments in food,realized the significance of paper recycling and the concept of sustainable development of green chemistry. |
