The graded teaching is a teaching tactics that make different levels student progress by their own efforts with the help of raising different teaching goal, creating different teaching scene, raising different teaching goal, adapting different teaching method, using different appraising means in accordance with different levels student.Nowadays, while quality of student sources descending and difference of their culture base adding, the teaching model of curriculum is still as same as the past in middle medical school. In response to this situation, we use for reference of stratified teaching results of research and practice at home and abroad, to accept students in the difference. In my school we select two parallel classes as samples using stratified teaching strategies in teaching to practice on..Through a year of teaching practice, comprising achievement and non-intelligence factors of experiment class with control class results, the strategies of Chinese stratified teaching accord with the characteristics of learning and teaching, as well as laws of cognition in the middling health school, which can largely improve the quality of teaching and promote cognitive level of students, decrease students polarization effectively, promote the overall development of students, promote the development of non-intelligence factors, fully demonstrate the students as the main body of education, and enhance the sense of success and self-confidence. The conclusions showed that stratified teaching of Culture Course have achieved good results in the middling health school.
