Survey and Analysis of psychological Health for teachers in Middling Vocational School.People are giving more and more attention to psychological health of teachers in a middling vocational school. The researches, which aims at the psychological health of middle and elementary school teachers in a middling vocational school and the maintenance of it, centre mainly on two aspects according to those materials collected, one is the investigation of teachers' psychological health condition in a certain area, the other is the rational analysis of the description, the contributing factor, and the maintenance methods of middle and elementary school teachers' psychological health.Psychological health level is an important aspect of professional quality for middle and elementary school teachers. It concerns the efficiency of school education because it has direct influence on the construction of schools' psychological environment and it is an important factor influencing the psychological development of the adolescent students. Undoubtedly, the maintenance of middle and elementary vocational school teachers' psychological health is the demand of reinforcing the formation of teachers' group and is the requirement of implementing all-round education. It also has a positive effect on pushing the development of the whole educational efficiency.This study, after a systematical comparison and analysis of those related theories about health, psychological health and teachers' psychological heath, makes an inquiry about the present situation of the research concerning the middle and elementary school teachers' psychological health. Then it uses questionnaire to make a systematical investigation of 162 middle vocational school teachers in Zhengzhou. Through this, a quite all-round view of the present situation of middle and vocational school teachers' psychological health in Zhengzhou is presented; By factor analysis, and on this basis, systematical and efficient maintenance methods and technological approaches to the psychological health of the middling vocational school teachers are brought up. It provides consultable foundation for those administrative departments of education to make the related policy and measure.
