Chemistry new curriculum in the education teaching idea, the curriculum content and the arrangement way, the teaching way, the student studying way, the evaluation system and so on the has had huge changes. With the new curriculum reform deepening, a student advocacy for the development of the ultimate goal of teaching design has been gaining the attention of educators.This article deals with teaching design theory basis, the main routine and the basic parts based on the new curriculum standards of high school chemistry by the way of applying theory to reality , As for the basic parts, the article describes the following aspects such as Teaching analysis (analysis teaching object, course content); Teaching goal design; Effective study way and educational model conformity design; Classroom instruction appraisal design and teaching reconsidering, etc. in details with the help of concrete cases. In order to put the new curriculum teaching design idea into practice better, as well as to provide the beneficial reference to high school chemistry classroom instruction reform, some contents related to "the chemistry research processes and the methods", "chemistry concept", "the element compound knowledge" included in the New Curriculum Standards for Chemistry 1 have beenrearranged.
