Teaching-research Office is the feature of our nation's education. Since its establishment in the 1950s, Teaching-research Office at various levels have played an important role for the promotion of teaching and teachers' development as well as the improvement of teaching quality. However ,with continuously deepened the basic education reform , especially the implementation of new curriculum system , traditional Teaching-research Office system ,featured rigid , closed ,done by due degree and carried out from top to bottom , won't be able to adapt with the time. It has become common sense of the people in the field of education to transfer and optimize it's function.QingShanHu district is located in the suburb of NanChang City , compare with its rapid economic development the education is still undeveloped , so this must be changed. Since the QingShanHu Teaching-research Office established in 1970s, it has given full play in the promotion of education course . Meanwhile ,there also exist many problems , as follows, lag of ideal , weak of function , less vigor and management model is not advanced. All these have an negative impact on the educational development in QingShanHu district.So it is the main responsible and choice to strengthen the construction of Teaching-research office and optimize its function. Based on the survey , the author believe five measures should be adopted , Firstly, rebuild the culture of Teaching-research office, so as to optimize the environment . Secondly transfer the function and pay more attention to its role in leading , participating and servicing the school teaching-research . Thirdly train an outstanding teaching-research staff and lay a good foundation of human resources. Fourthly innovate its operation model so as to improve its effectiveness. Fifthly build on development-style Teaching-research office so as to keep its vigor.
