Research On The Application Of Knowledge Visualization In The Teaching Of "Office Senior Office" In Secondary Vocational Schools

With the advent of the Information Age,many advanced teaching technologies have emerged,and the new curriculum reform has posed new challenges to all kinds of curriculum teaching,making the traditional teaching mode in urgent need of change.Under this kind of background,the education informationization develops gradually in-depth,the technology and the teaching close union becomes very important.By means of visual representation,complex knowledge is transformed into easy-to-understand graphics,images and animations,and support tools for knowledge visualization are developed to promote knowledge creation and transfer,the full application of knowledge visualization will effectively improve the efficiency of classroom teaching.Through literature research,this paper sorts out the theoretical basis of visualization teaching,and classifies the types and tools of visualization.By using the method of interview and Questionnaire Survey,the present situation and problems of the teaching of Office senior Office in secondary vocational schools were investigated.Based on the analysis of the contents and characteristics of the course Office senior Office,the principles to be followed in developing knowledge visualization teaching in the course of Office senior Office in secondary vocational schools are obtained,this paper summarizes the different types of knowledge and the different kinds of knowledge visualization tools that should be adopted,and presents the case of knowledge visualization teaching design.This paper makes a comprehensive analysis and research on the application of knowledge visualization in the course of Office senior Office.Through research and practice,it is found that knowledge visualization teaching changes the way of knowledge presentation,andcan make abstract knowledge concrete and complex knowledge simple.Carrying out knowledge visualization teaching in the course of Office senior Office can improve the interest of secondary vocational school students,attract their attention,and thus improve the efficiency of classroom teaching.
