The Study On Operation Of Regional Share-Practice-Base Of Vocational Education

This paper selected six representative Practice Bases of Secondary Vocational Schools in Zhejiang as a research object and designed interview outlines for the head of Practice Bases, professional leaders and training instructors together with information search and research literature to make a deep study on the operation of the Practice Bases. The purpose of this study is to grasp the situation of the operation of Practice Bases in Zhejiang Province. According to the existing problems, this paper gives some suggestions about building operational mechanism to improve the the quality of training teaching and provide some references for teachers.The main research results of this paper are these : Firstly, it discusses the research significance about the operation of Regional Sharing Practice Base after defining the concept of Regional Sharing Practice Base. Secondly, using some related theories, this paper has an analysis on the demand and feasibility of the operation of regional sharing Practice Base. Thirdly, through field investigation, it comes to an objective analysis on the current situation about the construction and operation of Regional Sharing Pratice Base in Zhejiang as well as the existing problems and reasons. At last, a typical case is introduced to this study and some major Countermeasures and suggestions are provided. It includes these points: running models, management systems and operating characteristics.This paper enrichs the theory of Secondary Vocational Education and provides some references for the relevant functional departments about operation of Regional Sharing Pratice Base.
