A Research On The Co-construction And Sharing Of Vocational Education Training Bases In Shanghai

Vocational education training base is the place to train the ability of practice,strengthening the construction of training base is the key to improve the quality of vocational education and improve the quality of personnel training.By 2016,there are 95 Vocational Educational Open Training Centers,2 Public Training Bases for Vocational Training,89 Highly Skilled Personnel Training Bases and 7 World Skills Contest Training Bases in Shanghai.The vocational education training base system of Shanghai is basically formed,which covers the city’s districts and the major categories.Co-construction and sharing is the necessary measure to realize the long-term development of the training base,and it is also the only way to promote the healthy and scientific development of the training base.The study starts from the present situation of the co-construction and sharing of vocational education training bases in Shanghai,and summarizes the existing problems.On this basis,it analyses the causes of the problems,leams from the experience of the co-construction and sharing of the vocational education training bases of domestic and foreign vocational education training bases and according to the relevant theories in order to put forward suggestions for Shanghai.The paper consists of six chapters,the main contents of each chapter are summarized as follows:The first chapter is to introduce the study background,summarize the domestic and foreign literature research,define the core concepts and present the research project.The second chapter is the present situation of the co-consctruction and sharing of the vocational education training bases in Shanghai.Through literature research,interview survey and questionnaire survey methods,this paper studies the present situation of the co-consctruction and sharing of the vocational education training bases in Shanghai.The third chapter is about the problems and reasons of the co-consctruction and sharing of the vocational education training bases in Shanghai.On the basis of analyzing the current situation of the co-consctruction and sharing of the vocational education training bases in Shanghai,it sums up the problems of the co-consctruction and sharing of the vocational education training bases,analyzes the causes of the problems.The forth chapter is the experience of domestic and foreign vocational education training bases.Select and analyze four domestic and foreign vocational education training bases as cases,such as Inter-company Training Center in German,Wuxi Public Training Base,Changzhou Science and Technology City Modern Industrial Center and Shaoxing Public Training Base,and learn from their successful experience.The fifth chapter are countermeasures and suggestions on the co-construction and sharing of vocational education training bases in Shanghai.Based on the investigation results and the successful experience of domestic and foreign cases,it puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the co-construction and sharing of vocational education training bases in Shanghai.The sixth chapter are the research reflection and the prospect.To sum up the work was done and prospect the future research.
