The idea of applying the information technique to promoting the links between junior and senior school mathematics teaching is based on constructivist theory, the cognition theory, the information theory, the cybernetics and the meta-cognition theory, the optimized theory and so on, which combine the actual characteristics of mathematics teaching in the junior and senior school under the new curriculum in the20th century. It is a new reseach subject guided by the subjuctive education thought, directed by the driven task, assisted the information technique, whose main purpose is to develop the students' self-exploration, communication and cooperation as well as their creativity. The author of the present study conducted a teaching experiment by means of literature methodology , action research, case study, observational method, and statistical method, aiming to explore the way of promoting the junior and senior mathmaticas teaching and develop certain teaching design and teaching material so that thestudents will obtain the creativity and the ability of practic. Also In this waythe students will soon adjust to the mathmatics teaching in senior high school andlay the solid foundation of the following two years' learning. The result of the experimentshows that the information technique has a positive and profound effect on the links between junior and senior mathmatics teaching.
