The network has become a kind of universal social being, in the education field which is penetrated increasingly, the web-based education has become the center of gravity in our study. Thereinto, continuously the domestic and foreign scholars seem to be awfully keen on the researchs of the web-based course,which is taken as the important teaching resources of the web-based teaching.But we discover that, the present web-based course has solved the problem of time and space , yet failed to take participants of different physiologies, different ages and different technology conditions as the object of study.It becomes concerned by us that how to possibly facilitate information feeble community to participate in web-based education as conveniently as possible. In order to realize the web-based teaching model by which anyone can study anywhere and anytime, overseas proposed the acessibility concept. Hereby, researchs of the web-based course tends towards the broader sight - - accessbile web-based course.This thesis primarily analyzes the theory framework of the accessbile web-based course, thus it can instructs the realization of the accessbile web-based course, finally validates the feasibility of the accessbile web-based course theoretics research,which is illustrated by the exploiture of the accessbile web-based course "Television Teaching Material Direction and Execution ".The research mainly divides into the following several parts:The basic theory research of the accessible web-based course: This article defines acessibility, accessbile homepage, accessbile web-based education as well as the accessbile web-based course.By summarizing the present situations of the research to the three aspects (policy, researched and development and applies) of domestic and foreign accessbile web-based course, it obtains the insufficiency in this research and suggestions to the web-based course education in our country.The basis research of designing accessbile web-based course: This thesis divides the basis of designing accessbile web-based course into the theory basis and the reality basis.The theory basis includes the general theory of designing web-based course , such as teaching system design theory, humanism study theory, constructivism study theory, Austria Su Bell's teaching theory and so on, as well as inclusive education, lifelong education, universal interface design and universal learning design; The reality basis rests on the demand analysis and the goal confirmation of using cessbile web-based course , as well as of the acessbility of partial web-based courses in our country.The design of the accessbile web-based course: According to the design basis, this thesis summarize the design pattern and the design principle of the accessbile web-based course, and divides the accessbile web-based course design into three parts, including the accessbile teaching design, the accessbile system platform design and the accessbile media materials designs, expatiates design consideration factor and the design strategies of each part.The realization of the accessbile web-based course: The thesis concludes the methods of realization, the development process; the realization requestment of accessbile web-based course.It also explains the possibility of realising the accessbile web-based course by illustrating the design and exploiture of the accessbile web-based course "Television Teaching Material Direction and Execution". Finally appraising the accessbile situation of web-based course teaching contents by artificial methods, and appraising the accessbile situation of web-based teaching support environment with the artificial and automatic tool, and apply in a small rang.The works and achievements in this thesis mainly include two aspects- the theory and the practice:(1)The theory aspect mainly includes:Hackles the accessbile web-based course and correlative conceptions about accessibility and so on;Analyzes the basis of designing accessbile web-based course, including theory basis and reality basis;Initially elaborates the design models, the design principles and the design strategies of accessbile web-based course;Proposes initially the frame of realizing the accessbile web-based course, including realizable methods, development process, realizable condition and so on.(2)The practice aspect mainly includes:Proposes the design clew of the accessbile web-based course "Television Teaching Material Direction and Execution", and carries out the development, the examination and the appraisal;Questionnaire surveys and interviews the web-based course researchers and developere;Translate the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.0, get the WCAG2.0 Chinese version;Examines the acessibility of 200 web-based courses in our country, and forms the diagnosis.
