It treats university student's maturing as the starting point, and society's thought ,politics, and the moral rule transform as the ethic thought .In order that university students become the qualified socialism's constructor and the successor, the college moral education has to make the educatee reflect and participate positively, and thus leads the educatee to accept the education initiatively, to realize it through self-internalizes.
