Hu Jintao once pointed out that,developing the innovation of science and technology "must grasp from the education source, continue to deepen the education reform".But Chinese student's whole innovation ability insufficient has become the fact that is not indisputable and moreover will possibly become "the bottleneck" for China to develop from now on.Reconsidering the China elementary education, the primary cause has three: (1) Teaching material structure is unreasonable, it takes the systematic characteristic of the knowledge too much,so it does not favor the teacher and student's creative display; (2) Teaching method was obsolete,it has neglected developing the student's initiative and the innovation power of thought; (3) Unreasonable examination and critique system has hindered developing the innovation ability.The new turn curriculum reformed has accomplished the scientific curriculum. It changed the unreasonable part in the original teaching material, regardless of the curriculum goal, the curriculum content or the assessment method were all advantageous to develop the innovation ability, in order to in the scientific teaching make the full use of scientific curriculum merit, achieving both developing the student to innovate ability, and promoting the student to grasp the knowledge, this article has made some discussions on the problem-base learning model. This article first theoretically clears off following several questions: (1) From the connotation of the innovation ability, This article elaborated developing creativity in learning activity, the student must be regarded as the question solver and the communication, but not as the knowledge assimilator; (2) The problem-base learning process must follow the thought process of the question solution, use some strategies,and guide the student to solve the problem creatively, then their innovation power of thought and their knowledge skill would be increased; (3) Looked from the constructivism theory , the key to develop the innovation ability is to construct the knowledge. The national scientific standard pointed out explicitly that constructing knowledge is the essential way for students to study the science, therefore developing innovation ability is the basic function of scientific curriculum; (4) In the problem-base learning model, when the teacher establishes the question he has to follow the theory of the closest developing zone, revolving the student's "the closest developing zone".Then, this article analyzed some effective exploration on developing innovation ability carried on by some the major and medium elementary school at home and outside. Taking their essence and considering the reality of scientific teaching,I raises the problem-based learning model.The primary coverage includes:the characters and the detailed process of the problem-based learning model, the experimental study and the teaching suggestion on it.The experimental study lasted two months, the experimental result has been analyzed earnestly with case-analyzed method, the examination paper test on knowledge and ability and so on, the experiment had proven that, the problem-based learning could develop the student's innovation ability, and promote the student to study the knowledge.
