As the base of cultivating talent,universities must adapt to the needs of the social development. Good character is an important aspect for personality traits training. However,at present,there are so many problems for our students to be resolved. How to realize personality traits training using Hidden Curriculum become the key issues in education. In view of these,my paper study personality traits on the basis of Hidden Curriculum's content,features and functions . First of all,it gives us a clear define on Hidden Curriculum for the personality traits training. Secondly,it gives us the status and problems in the analysis. Finally,it tries to explore several approaches which are suitable for China's situation in personality traits training. It will help students to develop good characters , achieving the development and perfection of personality traits training and will be more useful in the future growth and development.This thesis consists of four parts.The first part, Including a brief summary of the topics on the mind, significance of the research and literature review, also introduced the research mentality and the fresh idea.The second part, on the basis of the elaboration recessive curriculum connotation, the characteristics, the function and so on, to define the personality special characteristic as the goal of the recessive curriculum. The explaination of the recessive curriculum is"This also known as the potential courses, which is the important topic of the research about the modern curriculum. Refer to the students master the non-forecast or the non-plan knowledge in the learning environment (material environment, social environment and cultural system) studies, the idea on value, the standard and the manner."Put forward the basic characteristics of recessive curriculum, That is involved in the breadth or scope of range, the non-systemic of inter-related, the potential of the implementation process, about the difficult to quantify the outcome and the lasting effect, the dual nature about the effect and so on. The recessive curriculum has two functions about social development and individual development, individual development primarily reflects the students to actively promote the development of personality. In philosophy, personality is the spiritual world of rational and irrational factors constitute a coordinated development and the integrity of the identity of opposites. recessive curriculum development function of personality is also to say to implicit the role of the development of the course about students rational and irrational factors in recessive curriculum. This part which contains five aspects about the attention to the teachers'force of personality, to waken the main awareness of students and to create an independent personality, create the culture environment of campus, practice the good personality in social to explain that the recessive curriculum is the way of fostering special characteristics of personality.The third part, mainly about the question perspective and origin analysis in special characteristics of personality. This part is mainly composed of several prominent personality special characteristic questions. First, the education neglects to foster the special characteristics of personality, and this is one of the important ways. The teacher should create the special characteristics of personality fully in teaching. But right now math physical chemistry are the mainly subjects in school of China. Special characteristics of personality are not widely concerned, which may lead the mental illness. Second, is the lack of humane care of traditional courses. Both teachers and students are lack of awareness of themselves. Marcus explained that the modern "one-way " the spirit of the crisis is due to the scientific and technological progress and development, all tend to automation, the persons become more and more machinery, passive, the various potential was buried, even degradation. Technology has replaced the conduct of the reasonable people of all life, people become a tool, and people are increasingly becoming the enjoyment of material and not only know how to create the spirit of the'one-way'. Humanistic care is able to arouse people's moral feelings, enlighten the rational consciousness, guide the spirit of self-discipline, and improve people's spiritual harmony. Third, it's difficult to play an active role for recessive curriculum. Tacit knowledge can stimulate individual intuition and inspiration, while explicit knowledge to help individuals choose the appropriate information. Tacit knowledge and explicit knowledge are very important, However, we often significantly biased in favor of the importance of explicit knowledge in the actual teaching, while ignoring the role of hidden courses.Partâ…£,My view of the above character training students in the problems that exist in the corresponding countermeasures Hidden Curriculum development and give specific analysis. Implicit in the academic curriculum development, we need teachers in the classroom on their own demonstration on the role of scientific and rational use of the curriculum design and teaching methods guide the students to nurture the Institute of certain knowledge, perspective, attitude and discipline explore ways. Non-academic aspects of the hidden curriculum development, including: Explored in the classes and school structure, behavior, norms and rules, interpersonal exchanges and other aspects of the hidden curriculum. By forming an "independent" atmosphere of concern classroom teaching, development of behavior and activities of vector; improvement of the system construction, such as building environmental systems approach to training real personality traits can be realized.
