In the cause of compulsory education between urban and rural areas, between the regional imbalanced development, China's economy is not conducive to long-term sustainable development.Achieve a balanced development of compulsory education and standardization of schools in rural areas, which an effective way to change the current backwardness of compulsory education in western countryside .At present the central government attaches great importance to the western region development of the cause of good education environment, to adjust the layout of rural primary and secondary schools, reform and use the opportunity to advance the stage of compulsory education in rural areas standardized school building.
