The growth and development of Non-state college has changed the situation that chinese higher educational investment only provides by the finance of state for a long time,broadening the sources of funds for higher education,relieving the financial burden of state,increasing investment and supply of resource in higher education,easing the serious contradiction of imbalance between the supply and the demand of higher education.The non-state college will play a more and more important role in the popular tide of higher education and has significant room for growth.But public colleges and universities have an absolute advantage in the current conditions of school,troop of teachers,quality of education,social recognition and so on.The biggest challenge faced by non-state colleges is how to change the conditions of surviving in the dilemma.The graduates from non-state colleges and universities have confronted the pressure of job-hunting because of the status and development of their school and reasons from society and students themselves.The article study the problem of obtaining-employment of students graduated from non-state colleges and put forward resolutions and countermeasures for promoting the students'competitiveness of employment according to the narrow analysis(undergraduate level) based on the barely optimistic job-hunting status of graduates.The article is divided into three parts:The first part expounds the basis of the theory related to the article;The second part explains the employment status of Non-state Colleges & Universities based on the statistics of survey analyzing the causes of lower employments of students and promotions of potential.Based on the theoretical analysis and support of research,the last part brings forward specific strategic measures to promote competitiveness competitiveness of competitiveness of Non-state college graduates.
