Without a doubt, the most precious thing is life in the world. The life education becomes a necessity of the times inevitably, and also, the education theory and the practice needs inevitably the research about the life education.The primary coverage of this article is the construction of life education theory and the practice based on experience.The full primary coverage altogether divides into three parts.The first part is the preparation of the research. This part concerns the cause of subject selection,the simple literature summary,the research goal and significance as well as research method.The second part is the theory seeking the source or origin. This part obtains from the decomposition from"teaching mode of life education based on experience".Firstly,summarize connotation of the life education and explane essential features of experience;secondly,propose that the life education is the life experience education;then outline the curriculum natures, the actual content, the implementation way and the related concept discrimination; based on this, propose the construction of the teaching mode of the life education based on experience.The third part is about practical exploration. This part concerns design of the research, the curriculum project and the classroom factual record, the teaching resonsideration as well as the the suggestion.Through analyzing the predecessor's viewpoint, This article proposes unique connotation and the significance of experience in the education, expounds the intrinsic relations between experience and life, and carries on the resonsideration and the construction to the existing education and the teaching from the life experience's angle of view.This article takes experience as the core of life education, distinctively proposes that the life education is the life experience education and attempts to seek a relatively complete theoretical system of life education.The action research part manifests the bright practice significance particularly. Because the true life education in our country is few now, this article may promote life education in reality. In view of the phenomenon that the fundamental research and the applied research comes apart in our country, this article attempts to integrate the elementary theory into the practice and hoped that can lay a foundation for the life education practice.For studying the influence of life education on the student self-concept, the interpersonal relationship and so on,the research takes some fourth-grade students in a countryside elementary school as a community case and sets up the life education curriculum alone.The life education based on experience can let the students participate in practice personally and train the students to deeply love the life and respect life effectively. Through personal practices, this action research draws the conclusion that the teaching mode is helpful in promoting person's life quality.
