In recent years,experiential teaching,as a teaching mode aiming at students to truly understand knowledge,apply knowledge and cultivate learning ability,has been widely used by educators.At present,there are many researches on experiential teaching in college ideological and political theory course.Positive psychology,as a psychological theory trend with human's positive power as the core of research,is committed to making individuals and society prosperous.In recent years,it has been widely applied in psychology,medicine,education,management and other fields.Based on the current situation of ideological and political theory teaching mode in colleges,this paper makes a research on experiential teaching and positive psychology,makes a preliminary theoretical construction of "positive experiential" teaching mode,and discusses the basis,connotation and main frame of this mode.This paper holds that "positive experience" teaching mode is a teaching mode that takes positive psychology as its reference,students' positive development as its teaching goal,harmonious teacher-student relationship as its operation guarantee,experiential teaching mode as its practice basis,and diversified evaluation as its effect feedback.Based on the preliminary construction of the "positive experience" teaching mode,this paper further studies the necessity and mechanism of the application of the "positive experience" teaching mode in the course of college ideological and political theory course.In terms of the necessity of application,the "positive experience" teaching mode is helpful to enhance the sense of gain of teachers and students of college ideological and political theory course.It is helpful to improve the affinity and effectiveness of college ideological and political theory course.It is helpful to promote the integration of positive psychology and college ideological and political theory course.It is helpful to solve the application dilemma of experiential teaching in college ideological and political theory course.In terms ofmechanism of action,"positive experience" teaching mode accords with the goal of educating people in college ideological and political theory course and meets the development characteristics and demands of college students in the new era.It can promote the teaching of college ideological and political theory course through teachers,students,teaching environment,teaching content,teaching means "five factors" and teaching concept,educational target,teaching relationship,teaching strategies and teaching evaluation of "five links".Therefore,it is necessary and feasible to apply the "positive experience" teaching mode to the college ideological and political theory course.Based on the mechanism of action of "positive experience" teaching mode in college ideological and political theory course,this paper discusses the application path of "positive experience" teaching mode in college ideological and political theory course from the five links of teaching concept,educational goal,teaching relationship,teaching strategy and teaching evaluation.This paper holds that "positive experience" teaching mode can set a positive teaching concept,set up positive educational target,build a positive relationship between teaching,take positive experience teaching strategy,build positive evaluation mechanism the five paths to achieve "positive experience" teaching mode in the application of the college ideological and political theory course.
