The purpose of this study is to understand the intelligence disorder students type of language barriersand obstacles level, as follows: (1) design language barrier remedial to remedy teaching project;(2)the implementation of the rehabilitation of mentally retarded students language indicators; (3) to seek the intelligence disorder students language barriers in the diagnosis, treatment, training of reference (4) to promote the rehabilitation of language development paths.To achieve this purpose, this study adopts the document-research method, the interviews with the field investigation,the individual assessment-diagnostics method, statistical analysis method and so on.I utilize the book"THE LANGUAGE BARRIER CHILDREN DIAGNOSTIC TESTS"revised by Professor lin baogui in Taiwan.I have also investigated 29 students(22 males, 7 females) in ZIchuan special-education centres in Zibo I found: 1)The extensim and universality are the intelligence retarded students'common difficulty in language ,almost all in the Reading mentally retarded students are in the worse difficulties in language ,For example:articulation disorder,the slow development in language, the understanding of the language,,the voice anomaly, the whispering poor listening skills, stutteringand so on, 2)the different intelligence disorder degree students(light, medium, heavy) are in different type of language barriersand (articulation disorder,the slow development in language, the understanding of the language,,the voice anomaly, the whispering poor listening skills, stuttering),the most students belong to the medium and heavy dregree,the light degree students number is the smaller. 3)male and female intelligence disorder students don't hav obvisous difference in type, 4)the students of different grades in the type of language barriers exist no regularily, but as the understanding and expression,the high grade students than students are better than the lower grades,we can see the influence of education obviously, The grade is higher,the intelligence disorder students'language ability has more progress.I've accorded to the survey results,the interrelated theories and the investigation-analyse. I've trained them in language teaching form.I remedy their languages inbarriers and cultivate their language and thought abilities.I've provided some valual experience of the students'language training and recuperation for the teaching of the special center.
